DDK systematically installed 2 x new 400KVA UPS consisting of the removal of 2 existing UPS systems and associated batteries to EDF Trading company in London Victoria. This installation had to be carried out in stages with weekly targets to ensure no loss of power to the trading floor. Load transfers where carried out out of hours. All targets were met and the installation completed on target.

Over the last 7 years DDK have been upgrading British Telecoms network with new energy efficient Vertiv -54V DC systems, replacing outdated, inefficient and end of life equipment. Over the last 7 years DDK have been upgrading British Telecoms network with new energy efficient Vertiv -54V DC systems, replacing outdated, inefficient and end of life equipment. These upgrades are performed with systems on-line, with in depth Risk Assessment and Method Statements . DDK have trained personnel along with specific PPE to enable this work to take place. To date some 500+ systems have been upgraded succesfully.
